Built for international shippers and exporters
Bulk-upload customs documents in minutes, not hours
Stop attaching invoices one shipment at a time. Give ETDPort an Excel list of tracking numbers and your invoices and prior notices; it files them to your carrier's electronic trade documents API for every shipment and hands you a row-by-row result.
Currently supports FedEx Express via its Electronic Trade Documents API — you connect your own FedEx Developer Portal credentials. More carriers planned.
How it works
Four steps. The first one you do once; the rest take a couple of minutes per batch.
Connect your carrier API key
Paste the API credentials from your own carrier developer account. They stay in your browser session — we never store them.
Fill the Excel template
One row per shipment: tracking number, invoice and prior notice file names, an optional shipment date, and up to three extra documents with their document type.
Drop your documents
Drag in the invoices, prior notices and any extra documents. ETDPort matches them to the rows and flags anything missing before you send.
Upload and review
Documents go straight to your carrier's document API, one shipment at a time, with a per-row result, CSV export and a permanent history.
Made for exporters who file customs paperwork every day
If your team files commercial invoices or prior notices after shipments have already left — dozens or hundreds at a time — ETDPort replaces the one-by-one upload with a single Excel-driven run. Exporters, 3PLs and brokers use it to keep customs paperwork moving without a dedicated integration project.

Questions
Do you store my API credentials?+
No. Your carrier API credentials are kept in your browser's session storage only. They are sent to our server once per upload run to obtain a short-lived carrier access token and are never written to a database or log.
Do you keep my documents?+
No. Files are streamed from your browser through our server directly to the carrier and are not retained. We keep only metadata — tracking numbers, file names, timestamps and the carrier's response — so you can review your history.
Which carriers are supported?+
Today ETDPort supports FedEx Express, through FedEx's Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) API, using the production credentials of your own FedEx Developer Portal project. Support for additional carriers is planned. ETDPort is an independent product and is not affiliated with any carrier.
Which shipments and documents are supported?+
Post-shipment electronic trade documents, filed against an existing tracking number. Up to 5 documents per shipment: commercial invoice, pro forma invoice, certificate of origin, USMCA certifications, ETD label and 'other' (prior notices, packing lists, permits). Files can be PDF, PNG, JPG, TIF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX or TXT, up to 5 MB each.
How do I get an API key?+
Create a project in your carrier's developer portal (for FedEx Express that is developer.fedex.com), enable its trade-documents API and generate production credentials. It takes a few minutes; we can walk you through it.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account gets 3 tracking numbers free — in one batch or spread over several — with no card required. Subscribe when you're ready for unlimited uploads.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month. Cancel from Billing → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your next batch of invoices could be done by lunch.
Create an account, connect your carrier API key, try 3 rows free. That's it.
